Start at Home for the combined work recap and Assistant. The portal logo and Dashboard return here; the full Work page below remains available. Your operator's image appears in the signed-in header.

Work with your operator and team

Open Work in your Luna portal to see what is planned, what needs your input, what is underway, and what your team has finished.

Start with a result

Choose Add a task, give it a clear title, and explain the result you want. Add a project, responsible person, priority and due date when useful. Choose the operator who should help. Save the plan, then use its discussion to add context or ask questions. Everyone with access to your account can see this shared work and discussion.

Decide what moves forward

Your account owner can choose Approve plan & begin or Decline. Approval applies to the plan you reviewed. An edit or a Change direction message returns the plan for a fresh approval. Use Pause to interrupt further task work. Actions already completed cannot be undone by pausing.

Approving a plan keeps your operator's existing permissions. If an action needs its own approval, review the exact details on the action card before deciding. The operator connection must be enabled for live replies and handoffs; when it is unavailable, the board keeps your message and shows its delivery state.

Stay in the conversation

Open a task and type in its discussion to ask questions or explain a change. Send message keeps the conversation going. Change direction makes your message the proposed next step and requests a fresh plan approval. Use Ask Gary for help to record a help request with the Luna team. The receipt shows the request was filed; it does not imply Gary has already answered.

Review results

Operator delivery reports with an outcome and evidence move automatically to Completed, labelled as operator reports. Read the report and its links, then choose Accept result to record your team's acceptance. You can also reopen the task for more work, keeping the original discussion and decisions. Mark your team's own work done by describing what was delivered. Declined plans remain in the history too.

Explore the next useful idea

Improvement reviews use your existing goals and work to prepare small, practical proposals. Eligible reviews run weekly; your account owner can use Review opportunities to request the next eligible review. Ideas stay in Ideas & plans until you discuss and approve them. If the account has no goal or task yet, add one so recommendations have a useful starting point.

Existing request desk work also appears here. Open its original request to continue that thread. The board includes those requests and work published to it; private historical email and Slack conversations are not automatically shared with your account team.

Automatic updates and continuing work

New Assistant work is tracked automatically and retains its original conversation. Latest changes on Home shows the task notes and decisions. Running work, waiting actions, blockers and replies update the appropriate lane. An idle worker is not a completion receipt. An operator's delivery report with outcome and evidence moves to Completed, labelled separately from your team's acceptance. You can accept that result or reopen the task, keeping its history and requesting a new plan. Existing request closures also follow their source status automatically.
