Editing rejected SMS brands + flagged campaign help
You can now edit and resubmit a rejected 10DLC brand instead of hitting a locked form, and any SMS campaign the carrier flags now shows a one-tap Get Help button so we can fix and resubmit it for you.
SMS compliance (10DLC) now fully API + MCP drivable
Register your brand, create campaigns, run compliance pre-flight checks, submit, track status, and appeal rejections entirely through the Public API (/api/public/v1/sms/a2p/*) or the MCP server (sms_a2p.* tools) — no dashboard needed. Works with agency and client-scoped API keys. Full API docs forthcoming.
The Unlock replays start right on the conversation
Session replays no longer open with a stretch of dead air before the call starts. Every past replay was re-cut, and new replays are trimmed automatically.
