Connectors: every tool your operator can work in
The directory of every tool your operator can connect, which are connected now, and one press to connect the rest.
The Connectors screen is the directory of every tool your operator can work in, and it shows which of them are connected right now. It lives at luna.gary.club/connectors, under Setup in the menu. Connections, the screen below it, is still where saved credentials are managed; Connectors is where you see the whole picture and start a new connection with one press.
The short version: find the tool, press Connect, and your operator takes it from there. Most tools connect with a single sign-in and no keys at all.
What you see on the screen
Each tool is a tile with its logo, its name and one line underneath that tells you its state:

Connected tools always sort to the top. The rest follow with the tools most businesses use first.
Finding a tool
Search by name
Type part of the name in the search box. "bee" finds Beehiiv, "cal" finds Calendly and Cal.com.
Or browse a category
Press a category such as CRM & sales, Email & newsletters or Payments & finance to see just those tools.
See only what is on
Press Connected to list only the tools your operator can already use.
Connecting a tool
The quickest way is to ask. In your Assistant chat, type "Connect Beehiiv" (or any tool), or just ask for something from it, like "what was my last newsletter open rate?". Your operator puts the Sign in button or key card right in its reply. You never need to open this screen to connect anything.
From this screen it works the same way:
Press Connect on the tile
Your assistant opens with "Connect" and the tool's name already filled in, so there is nothing to type.
Follow the one card it shows you
Either a Sign in button, or a key card with the link and the steps. Your operator has already looked up the right way in, so you never have to go hunting through a tool's settings.
It proves the connection works
Your operator makes one real read from the tool (your newsletters, your deals, your files) before telling you it is connected.
Why a Sign in button instead of a key? Many tools now offer an official sign-in made for assistants. It is faster for you, nothing secret is copied around, and you can revoke it from the tool at any time. When a tool offers one, your operator always uses it first.
Your keys stay on your own server
When a tool does need a key, it goes straight from the card to your operator's own server and is never shown in the chat. The card checks it before keeping it: if you paste something that is not a key (a publication ID or an account number is the usual one), it tells you what you pasted and where the real key is, and nothing is saved.
What your operator shares with other operators is only how to connect a tool: the sign-in address, the steps to get a key, the documentation and how the tool's API behaves. Never a key, a token or a password. Anything that looks like one is refused before it can be stored.
Tools that are not listed yet
The list is not fixed. Ask your assistant for any tool by name ("connect my Pipedrive"). Your operator looks up the official way in, connects it, and once it works it joins this list for every business we look after. Common questions
The screen reads what is connected from three places live: your operator's server, your Connections screen and your linked social accounts. If one of them could not be reached when the page loaded, refresh. If it still shows as not connected, ask your assistant "is my Stripe connected?" and it will check the tool directly.
Connecting new tools is for the account owner. A teammate can see the directory and ask the owner to connect something.
For a sign-in tool, remove the access inside the tool itself (most list it under connected apps or security). For a key, delete the key in the tool. Either way you can also ask your assistant to remove it.
Connectors is the directory: every tool, what is connected, and one press to start. Connections is where the credentials for email, calendars, social, phone and ad accounts are managed.
