Your work, your operator, one home
Sign in at your Luna portal to see your team's work and talk with your operator in one place. Clicking the portal logo or opening Dashboard brings you back here. Your operator's image appears in the header. Work and Assistant also stay available as separate pages.
On a computer, work and chat sit side by side. On your phone, tap Work or Assistant to switch. An unsent chat draft stays in place while you check tasks.
A recap you can act on
Your work overview shows what needs your input, what is underway, ideas to consider and completed work. Open Latest changes for the recent notes, decisions and progress reports. Search or filter the task list by project, operator or work category.
Existing requests and new work requested in Assistant appear automatically. Operators also publish major work started through other channels. Historical private email and Slack transcripts are not copied into your shared task list. A closed historical request records the request desk's closure, rather than certifying a business outcome.
Keep the plan and the conversation together
Open a task for its plan, next step, notes, discussion, decisions and delivery evidence. Ask questions, add context or change direction there. You can approve or decline a plan, pause work, request Gary's help, and mark a result done. Account owners approve plans and actions; team members can contribute to the work and discussion.
Work requested through Assistant is recorded on your account team's Work board. The original requester can continue the same Assistant conversation from the task. Other team members keep their own operator identity when discussing it. Your operator's existing action approvals still apply.
Status follows the work
Running work moves into progress. An action waiting for approval or a reported blocker moves into needs input. An operator reply can move a task into review. An idle conversation alone never means that a task was delivered.
An operator delivery report with an outcome and evidence moves into Completed. It remains labelled as an operator report until your team accepts the result. Your own Mark done or Accept result records that acceptance separately.
Use Reopen task to continue completed work. The earlier notes and decisions remain in the history, and the revised plan needs a fresh approval. Continuing a closed Assistant conversation also keeps the same record and opens a new plan decision. Recommendations stay proposed until you choose to move forward.
Share feedback and ideas
Tell your operator what would make working together more useful. You can reply in your linked text conversation or use Assistant, a task discussion, or the Requests desk in the portal. Product suggestions and reported problems are collected for the team's roadmap review with your original words and a reference to the conversation. You can keep discussing and refining the idea there. A suggestion starts as a proposal; it does not start development or promise a delivery date.
