Deploy Your First AI Agent in Under 5 Minutes

This guide walks you through the fastest path from zero to a live, call-answering AI voice receptionist. By the end, you'll have a real phone number connected to an AI agent that can handle calls for any local business.

Note: Make sure you've completed your account setup and have an active subscription before starting. If you haven't signed up yet, head to Account Setup & Onboarding first.

Log Into Your Agency Portal

Head to agency.gary.club and sign in with your email and password. You'll land on your Agency Dashboard, which shows your active clients, recent calls, and Agent Fuel balance.

Create a New Client

Click "Clients" in the left sidebar, then click the "Add Client" button in the top-right corner. Fill in the required details:

  • Business name — e.g., "Sunrise Auto Detailing"
  • Contact name — e.g., "Mike Johnson"
  • Email — your client's email address
  • Phone — their business phone number
  • Industry — select from the dropdown (e.g., "Auto Detailing")

Click "Create Client" to save. You'll be taken to the client detail page.

Open the Template Marketplace

On the client page, click the "Deploy Agent" button. This opens the Template Marketplace — a library of 145 pre-built agent templates organized by industry. Browse or search for the right fit. For example, choose "Auto Detailing" or "Dental Office" to get a template tailored to that business type.

Fill In the Template Variables

Each template comes with smart variables — placeholders for the client's specific business details. You'll see fields like:

  • Business name — "Sunrise Auto Detailing"
  • Business phone — "(555) 123-4567"
  • Business hours — "Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM"
  • Services offered — "Interior detailing, exterior wash, ceramic coating, paint correction"
  • Location / address — "123 Main Street, Austin, TX"

The AI uses these details to personalize every single call. When a customer asks "What time do you close?", the agent knows the answer.

Choose a Voice

Browse the voice library and pick the voice that best represents your client's brand. You can filter by gender, accent, and style. Click the play button to preview each voice before selecting. Popular choices include warm, professional tones — but it's entirely up to you and your client.

Click Deploy

Hit the "Deploy" button and watch the magic happen. Behind the scenes, the platform:

  • Provisions a real phone number via Twilio
  • Creates and configures the AI agent on ElevenLabs
  • Connects the phone number to the AI agent
  • Loads all the business details into the agent's knowledge

This entire process takes about 15–30 seconds.

Call Your New Agent

Once deployment is complete, you'll see the agent's new phone number on screen. Pick up your phone and call it. Have a real conversation — ask about business hours, request an appointment, inquire about services. You'll be talking to your AI receptionist live.

Success: That's it! Your first AI agent is live and answering calls 24/7. Customers who call that number will speak with an intelligent, natural-sounding AI receptionist trained on your client's business.

What's Next?

Your agent is up and running, but there's a lot more you can do to fine-tune the experience:

  • Customize the greeting — change what the agent says when it picks up the phone.
  • Adjust the personality — make the agent more formal, more casual, or more enthusiastic.
  • Add to the knowledge base — upload documents, add FAQ entries, and give the agent deeper knowledge about the business.
  • Configure call handling — set up how the agent handles after-hours calls, transfers, and voicemail.
