The platform is designed around a simple principle: you manage everything from one place, and your clients get a clean, branded experience that makes your agency look world-class. Here's how the pieces fit together.
The Two Portals You'll Use
Agency Portal — Your Command Center
The Agency Portal at agency.gary.club is where you run your business. This is your private dashboard — your clients never see it. From here you can:
- Manage clients — add new businesses, edit their profiles, deploy and configure agents.
- Deploy voice agents — use the Template Marketplace to spin up AI receptionists in minutes.
- Track performance — see every call, listen to recordings, read transcripts, and review AI-generated summaries.
- Handle billing — monitor Agent Fuel usage, configure auto-reload, and manage your subscription.
- Build your team — invite team members and assign roles so your agency can scale.
- Customize branding — set your logo, colors, portal name, custom domain, and email branding.
Client Portal — Your Clients' View
The Client Portal at agents.gary.club (or your custom domain) is what your clients see when they log in. It's fully white-labeled with your agency's branding — your logo, your colors, your name. Clients can:
- View their call history with full transcripts and recordings
- See performance stats and analytics for their agent
- Edit their business information (hours, services, location)
- Manage their FAQ and knowledge base entries
- Update their greeting and basic agent settings
Note: The Client Portal is intentionally streamlined. Your clients see only what they need — their agent's performance and basic settings. All advanced configuration, deployment, and billing is managed by you in the Agency Portal.
How a Phone Call Flows Through the System
When a customer calls one of your agents, here's what happens behind the scenes — all in real time:
Incoming Call Arrives
A customer dials the phone number assigned to your client's agent. This number is a real, dedicated phone number provisioned through Twilio — the industry standard for business telephony.
Call Routes to the AI Agent
Twilio connects the call to ElevenLabs Conversational AI, which powers the voice interaction. The AI agent picks up instantly — no hold music, no "press 1 for sales," no waiting.
The AI Handles the Conversation
The AI agent — powered by Claude Haiku 4.5 — has a natural, intelligent conversation with the caller. It uses the client's business information, FAQ entries, services list, business hours, and knowledge base documents to answer questions accurately and helpfully.
Call Data Flows Back to Your Dashboard
After the call ends, the platform processes the recording and generates a full transcript, an AI-written summary, quality scores, and sentiment analysis. All of this data appears in your Agency Portal and in the client's Client Portal within seconds.

Note: You don't need to understand any of the technology. The platform handles everything — provisioning, configuration, routing, transcription, analytics — so you can focus on what matters: selling and managing client relationships.
Data Flow at a Glance
Here's a simplified view of how data moves through the platform:
- You create a client and deploy an agent in the Agency Portal.
- The platform provisions a phone number, creates the AI agent, and connects them.
- Customers call the number and have conversations with the AI agent.
- Call data (recordings, transcripts, summaries, analytics) flows back to both portals.
- Your client logs into their Client Portal to see their calls and update their info.
- You review performance across all clients from your Agency Dashboard.
It's a clean loop: you set it up, the AI does the work, and everyone gets visibility into the results.
