Account Setup & Onboarding
Set up your agency account, configure billing, and prepare to onboard your first client.
Get Your Agency Up and Running
Setting up your AI Agency Unlocked account takes about ten minutes. By the end of this guide, you'll have a fully configured agency ready to deploy your first voice agent.
Sign Up at agency.gary.club
Head to agency.gary.club and click "Get Started" or "Sign Up." Enter your name, email address, and create a password. You'll receive a confirmation email β click the link to verify your account.
Once verified, you'll be redirected back to the platform to complete your setup.
Complete Stripe Checkout
Your subscription is $297/month, which includes two components:

You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page. Enter your payment details and confirm. Your subscription activates immediately.
Configure Your Agency Settings
After checkout, you'll land on the onboarding checklist. Your first task is to configure your agency profile:
- Agency name β the name your clients will see (e.g., "Peak AI Solutions")
- Logo β upload your agency logo (appears in the Client Portal and emails)
- Brand colors β set your primary and accent colors for a consistent look
- Portal name β customize the name of your Client Portal (e.g., "Peak AI Dashboard")
- Contact email β the email address your clients will see for support
These settings can be changed anytime from the Settings page in your Agency Portal.
Set Up Billing and Auto-Reload
Navigate to the Billing section to configure how Agent Fuel credits are managed:
- Auto-reload β when enabled, the platform automatically purchases additional Agent Fuel when your balance drops below a threshold. This ensures your agents never go offline due to insufficient credits.
- Reload threshold β the credit level that triggers an automatic reload (default: $10)
- Reload target β the balance to reload up to when auto-reload triggers (default: $50). The system charges the difference between your current balance and this target. For example, if your balance drops to $8 and the target is $50, youβre charged $42.
We strongly recommend keeping auto-reload enabled. A voice agent that runs out of credits can't answer calls β and that means missed calls for your clients.
(Optional) Invite Your Team
If you have team members who will help manage clients or monitor agent performance, invite them now. Go to Settings β Team and click "Invite Member." Enter their email and select a role:
- Admin β full access to everything, including billing and team management
- Manager β can manage clients and agents but can't modify billing or team settings
- Viewer β read-only access to client data and analytics
Team members receive an email invitation and create their own login credentials.
Note: Auto-reload is enabled by default with a $10 threshold and a $50 target. When your balance drops below $10, the system charges the difference to bring your balance up to $50. You can adjust these values anytime, but we recommend keeping auto-reload active to avoid service interruptions for your clients.
Warning: Keep your payment method current. If your card expires or is declined, your subscription and Agent Fuel auto-reload will fail. This can result in your agents going offline until payment is resolved. Update your payment method in Billing β Payment Methods at any time.
Your Onboarding Checklist
After completing the steps above, your Agency Dashboard will show a guided onboarding checklist. It tracks your progress through five milestones:

Each milestone checks off automatically as you complete it. Once all five are done, the checklist disappears and you're fully set up.
