Multi-Agent Locations
Deploy multiple AI agents per client for businesses with multiple locations or departments.
Agencies can deploy multiple AI voice agents for a single client — perfect for businesses with multiple locations, departments, or service lines. Each agent gets its own phone number, greeting, and configuration.
How It Works
When you launch an agent for a client, you can now assign a location label (e.g., "Downtown Office", "North Campus"). Additional agents can be launched or cloned from an existing agent.
Launching a New Agent
- Go to your client's agent detail page.
- Click the "Add Location" link in the location switcher dropdown.
- Enter a location label for the new agent.
- Configure the agent's greeting, FAQs, business hours, and other settings.
- Launch the agent — a new phone number will be provisioned automatically.
Cloning an Existing Agent
If a new location needs similar settings to an existing agent, you can clone it:
- Select the source agent from the location switcher.
- Use the clone action to create a copy with a new location label.
- The clone inherits the source agent's voice, personality, system prompt, FAQs, and business hours.
- A new ElevenLabs agent and Twilio phone number are provisioned automatically.
- Customize the greeting, transfer phone, or other settings as needed for the new location.
Switching Between Agents
When a client has multiple agents, a location switcher dropdown appears at the top of the agent detail page. Select any agent to view its calls, contacts, performance, and settings. Each agent operates independently with its own phone number and call history.
Multi-Location Badge
On the agency clients list, clients with more than one active agent display a purple badge showing the number of locations (e.g., "3 Locations"). This gives agencies a quick overview of multi-location deployments.
What Each Agent Gets
- Its own dedicated phone number (Twilio)
- Independent ElevenLabs conversational AI agent
- Separate call history, contacts, and performance metrics
- Custom greeting, FAQs, business hours, and transfer phone
- Shared knowledge base and voice settings from the source (if cloned)
