Telnyx multi-tenant SMS

Per-agency Telnyx managed accounts. Provision your own brand + 10DLC campaign + numbers from inside the dashboard, with approval-gated submission and 6-step teardown when you leave.

Every agency runs SMS through their own Telnyx managed account — your brand, your campaign, your numbers, your reputation. We handle the wiring; you stay in control.

Why managed accounts

  • Brand isolation — your agency''s carrier reputation is yours. No cross-contamination.
  • Per-org pricing — your Telnyx rates flow through directly. Rollup billing keeps Gary Club paying upstream and invoicing you via FUEL.
  • Independent numbers — buy and provision phone numbers under your own account.
  • Per-account inbound webhook with the right Ed25519 public key — signature verification per managed account, not a shared key.

Onboarding flow

  1. Connect: Settings → SMS → Telnyx. Provision a managed account in one click.
  2. Brand registration: submit your legal entity, EIN, support email. FUEL deduct happens on submit, not approval — so abandoned applications cost nothing.
  3. Campaign registration (10DLC): pick a use case (mixed messaging, marketing, customer care). Approval-gated — most clear within 24h.
  4. Number purchase: search by area code, claim a number, point it at your campaign.
  5. Send: SMS out from any per-org number; inbound landed via per-account webhook routes straight into your CRM inbox.

Leaving

If you wind down, we run a 6-step teardown:

  1. Pause campaign sending.
  2. Drain in-flight queues.
  3. Release numbers (or transfer to your own Telnyx if you''re going direct).
  4. Disable campaign.
  5. Disable brand.
  6. Disable managed account.

Telnyx doesn''t support DELETE on managed accounts — only disable — so the account stays in their system as a historical record. Your data stops flowing.

Signal House (legacy)

Existing agencies on Signal House continue to work. New agencies onboard exclusively to Telnyx. We retired Signal House for new signups on 2026-04-24.
