I bought a Giraffe on Magic Eden, why don't I see member access?

Holder check polls every few minutes. Wait 10 min and refresh. If still missing, confirm the wallet that holds the Giraffe is linked AND set as primary at /dashboard/wallets.

I won on Longneck Luck but $GARY hasn't arrived

Common causes: (1) primary wallet wasn't set when you spun; (2) the on-chain trigger is briefly backlogged. Wait 5 min, then refresh. Still nothing? Open a ticket and include the spin id (visible on the result modal).

Lost my password

Go to gary.club/forgot. The reset link must be opened in the same browser you requested it from (PKCE — cross-device reset is not supported).

I lost access to a wallet that holds my Giraffe

If you have the seed phrase, recover the wallet on a fresh device and link it back. If you don't have the seed phrase, the Giraffe is unrecoverable — that's how every NFT works on every chain. Don't give the seed phrase to anyone, including us.

Someone is impersonating me / Gary Club staff DM'd me

Gary Club staff do not DM you first. We never ask for seed phrases, never ask you to "validate" your wallet, never ask for your password. Block, report, and post in #scam-watch.
