What's New
See what your operator can do, and what it did
A new Skills page lists what your operator is capable of, each described in plain language, and shows how much it is allowed to do on its own: draft only, draft and wait for your answer, or act by itself. It starts on the safest setting and moves up as it earns it. The work counted there is read from your own server, and a channel you have switched off says so instead of showing you a zero. Goals and promises now work too: a goal you set has somewhere to live, where before that page could only ever come back empty.
Talk to your operator from your portal
Your portal had nowhere to actually talk to your operator, so anything you wanted to ask it went through us first. There is now a Talk page: sign in once and hold a conversation with it directly, in its own voice and drawing on its own knowledge of your business. Your seat is your own, so your history stays yours and is never mixed in with anyone else on your account, and the whole conversation happens inside the portal rather than sending you off to a separate address.
Connect your own tools and accounts to Luna
Wiring your CRM, outreach tool or helpdesk into your operator used to mean sending us a key and waiting for someone to paste it in. The Connections page in your portal now takes it directly, tells you where to find each key, and reports what your operator can actually do with it rather than just saying connected. You can also sign in once to Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit, Google Business or Meta Ads and let your operator work those accounts. You stay the owner and can revoke access from the platform whenever you want.
