White-Label Experience
How white-labeling works — your branding, your experience, your clients never see our name.
Your Brand, Front and Center
White-labeling is what separates a "reseller" from a real agency. With AI Agency Unlocked, everything your clients see — the portal, the emails, the login page — carries your brand. Your clients never see our name. As far as they know, you built the entire platform yourself.
Tip: White-labeling isn't just cosmetic — it's a pricing multiplier. Agencies that present a fully branded experience consistently charge 2-3x more than those who expose third-party tools. Your clients are paying for your brand promise, not a software subscription.
What's White-Labeled
Every client-facing surface is fully customizable with your brand:
| Element | What You Control |
|---|---|
| Portal logo | Your logo appears in the sidebar, login page, and emails |
| Portal name | Replace "AI Agency Unlocked" with your agency name everywhere |
| Brand colors | Primary and accent colors throughout the entire portal UI |
| Login page | Fully branded with your logo, name, and colors |
| Email notifications | All system emails sent from your brand with your logo and color theme |
| Client portal URL | Use your own domain (e.g., portal.youragency.com) |
| Email sending domain | Emails sent from @youragency.com instead of our domain |
| "Powered by" badge | Remove it entirely with custom domain setup |
What's NOT White-Labeled
For transparency, here's what remains behind the scenes:
- Your agency portal — the admin interface you log into shows the AI Agency Unlocked branding (your clients never see this)
- Phone numbers — provisioned through Twilio, though callers see whatever number you assign
- Voice AI engine — powered by ElevenLabs, but callers have no way to know this
- Billing backend — Stripe handles payments, but your brand is on the invoices
In short: everything your clients see is branded. Everything behind the curtain stays behind the curtain.
How to Set Up White-Labeling
Go to Agency Settings
In your agency portal, navigate to Settings → Agency Profile. This is where all your branding lives.
Upload Your Logo
Upload a high-quality logo (PNG or SVG recommended, at least 200px wide). This appears in the portal sidebar, login page, and all client emails.
Set Your Agency Name
Enter your agency name exactly as you want it displayed. This replaces our name throughout the entire client experience — page titles, welcome messages, email subjects, everything.
Choose Brand Colors
Pick your primary color (used for buttons, links, and accents) and optionally a secondary color. The portal automatically generates hover states, backgrounds, and text contrast from your selections.
Configure Email Branding
Head to the Branding tab to configure your email theme. Choose between light and dark email templates, and send a test email to see exactly what your clients will receive.
Set Up Custom Domain (Optional)
For the ultimate white-label experience, connect your own domain. Go to Branding → Domain Hub and follow the DNS instructions. Once verified, your clients access the portal at your URL, and the "Powered by" badge disappears completely.
Client-Facing URLs
Here's how URLs work depending on your setup:
By default, your clients access the portal at:
https://agents.gary.club
The portal identifies your agency by the login credentials and displays your branding. A small "Powered by AI Agency Unlocked" badge appears in the footer.
With a custom domain configured, your clients access the portal at your own URL:
https://portal.youragency.com
The "Powered by" badge is removed. DNS verification and SSL certificates are handled automatically. Your clients see a completely branded experience from login to logout.
Note: Changes to branding (logo, colors, name) take effect immediately across the portal. Custom domain setup may take up to 24 hours for DNS propagation and SSL certificate provisioning.
White-Label as a Sales Tool
When you're pitching a local business, the white-label experience is part of your value story. You're not selling them "some AI tool" — you're offering your proprietary AI receptionist platform. The portal with your logo, the emails from your domain, and the custom URL all reinforce that narrative.
Many successful agencies include a "portal demo" as part of their sales process. Show the prospect a sample dashboard with real metrics, and let them imagine seeing their own data there. It closes deals.
