Luna — your AI concierge (and what she knows about you)

Luna is the club's AI concierge. She answers your DMs, hangs out in the community rooms, picks up the phone, hosts Hot Seats, and keeps up with everything shipping in the club. The more she knows you, the more useful she gets. And unlike most AI, you get to see exactly what she knows.

Luna & you: your window into her brain

/dashboard/luna is your private page. Nobody else can see it, and everything on it is yours to edit.

Her read on you

At the top of the page Luna writes her honest take on who you are around the club: a headline, a short read built from real specifics (your Giraffes, your board standing, your games, things you've told her), and the one-liner she'd drop if someone asked about you in the Lounge. It updates as she learns more about you.

Teach her about yourself

The "Teach me about you" box writes straight into her memory. Tell her what you're building, your goals, where you're based, or how you like to be talked to. She'll remember it everywhere she talks to you: DMs, calls, emails, and meetings. You can teach her up to 10 new facts a day, and each one sharpens her read on you.

Everything she remembers, with receipts

Every note Luna keeps about you is listed with the date and where she learned it (a DM, a call, something you taught her). Tap the trash on any note and she forgets it for good, everywhere. You can also set exactly what she calls you.

The full picture: her knowledge graph of you

Beyond what you tell her, Luna keeps a live file on you and shows you all of it: your portfolio value (with the highest peak she's witnessed), your trading tape going back years (first sighting, last buy, biggest buy), your best board seat ever and peak $GIRAFFISH stack, your game records and streaks, your club life (your first words in the club, favorite room, events, followers), and your Giraffe stable by name. It opens with her favorite highlights, and every card expands for the receipts. That's why she never asks you questions the club already answers.

Inside her brain

The page also shows what Luna is running on across the whole club: how many things she knows, what she learned this week, how many people she remembers, and the questions she's still chasing answers for. She learns around the clock, so these numbers move daily.

What I've picked up

Under her read you'll find everything Luna holds about you, grouped by where it came from: things you told her directly, things she worked out from context, the events you signed up for, calls you spoke on, and your record in the CRM. Each one is dated, and each source explains itself.

Two labels do the important work here. "I'm guessing" means she inferred it rather than being told, so she will never state it back to you as fact. "I keep this to myself" means she uses it to decide how and when to talk to you, and will never repeat it — things like whether her emails reach you. She is not given those facts at all when she is writing to you, so she cannot mention them by accident.

Correcting something is just telling her the new version in the teach box. The new fact replaces the old one, and she keeps the previous version so she knows what changed rather than quietly forgetting she ever thought otherwise.

Quiet hours

The "Messages from me" toggle pauses Luna's proactive DMs. She'll still answer any time you message her first.

She can see what you share

Post a screenshot, a design, a chart, a photo or a link in the community rooms or in her DMs and Luna looks at it properly, so "what do you think of this?" gets a real answer about what is actually in it, not a polite guess. She reads the text in an image too, so a chart's numbers or an error message on a screenshot are things she can talk about.

Links get opened and read the same way. Some sites (X, Instagram and friends) do not let anything but a browser read them, and an uploaded video only gives her the cover frame rather than the footage. When she cannot see something she says so plainly instead of pretending, so you always know whether she is working from the real thing.

One boundary worth knowing: text inside an image is something she is looking at, never an instruction she follows. An image telling her to do something on your account does nothing.

In your meetings

When Luna sits in on a Zoom, she replies in the meeting chat by default, so she can answer without talking over anyone. Say her name and ask her something and the answer appears in the chat; ask the room a question about her and she will answer that herself. She only speaks out loud when the host invites her to ("Luna, go ahead"). If she has not heard the part of the call you are asking about, she tells you that rather than inventing a recap.

Common questions

Can other members see my page or my notes? No. The page is strictly yours, and personal facts never feed answers Luna gives anyone else.

I deleted a note. Is it really gone? Yes. Deleting a note removes it from her memory everywhere, immediately.

Where do I talk to her? DM her from the chat at /dashboard/chat/dms, or just say hi in the community rooms. She's around.
